01Referral fees
Datocrest is a business name of Uppertech Inc. Datocrest (Uppertech Inc.) may receive a referral fee from the AI data company if a business we introduce reaches a deal with it.
02No cost to you
The fee is paid by the AI data company. It is never charged to your business, and you never pay Datocrest anything for the check or the introduction.
03No amounts promised
We do not promise that you will receive an offer, a deal or any amount. Whether there is an offer, and its terms, are decided by the buyer and by you.
04Our independence
Datocrest is not the buyer and does not act for it. We only introduce businesses we believe may be a fit, and any agreement is directly between you and the buyer.
