Effective and last updated: October 22, 2026

01Who we are

This policy explains how Datocrest ("Datocrest", "we") handles personal information collected through this website. Datocrest is a business name of Uppertech Inc., and Uppertech Inc. is responsible for that information. Contact: use the contact form on our website.

02What we collect

Application form. When you apply for the AI data referral program, we collect what you enter: your name, role, email and phone; your business name, website, industry and headquarters country; the number of desk and non-desk employees (now and the most you ever had); how many years of business records you keep; your company or personal LinkedIn page; the systems your business uses; your answers about your records, ownership and interest in licensing; any note you add; and your agreement to our terms. The form also attaches a reference number and our initial fit check of your answers.

Referral form. When you refer a business to us, we collect your name, phone and email, and the details you give about the business: its name, website, contact person and their email or phone, and how you know them. We use this referral form data (your contact details and the referred business’s) only to make the introduction.

When you contact us. If you send us a message through the contact form on our website, we receive what you send and your contact details.

We do not collect payment details, passwords or logins, and you do not create an account on our website.

03How submissions are delivered

When you submit the form, your browser sends it to our website host (Netlify), which stores submissions in our form dashboard and sends us email notifications. Our email providers store them in our inboxes. These providers handle your information to deliver it to us, under their own terms and privacy policies.

04How we use it

We use your information only to review your application, contact you about it, and, if you are a fit and agree, introduce you to the AI data company. We use messages you send us to answer you and provide our services. We do not use it for advertising.

05Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share your application details with a data buyer only with your consent, at the introduction step. Otherwise we share information only with the service providers that help us run the website and email, or when the law requires it.

06Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts and images are served from our own website. Like any website, our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operation. Sites we link to have their own cookie practices.

07How long we keep it

We keep application information only as long as needed to review it, handle any introduction and keep a basic record of it, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

08Your choices and deletion

To see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw your consent to an introduction, send us a request through the contact form on our website. We will reply within 30 days, and may need to confirm your identity first.

09US state privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You can use them by contacting us, or through an authorized agent.

10UK, EU, Canada and Australia

If you are in the UK or the EU, we handle your information on the basis of your request (to review your application), your consent (for the introduction, which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in running our business. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, and to receive a copy of it. You can complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office. If you are in Canada or Australia, you can ask to access and correct your information, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Our providers may process your information in the United States.

11Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us, and the form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No online transmission or storage is completely secure.

12Children

This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
